On 11th January 2020 I had the pleasure of photographing Freya for her 1st birthday cake smash. As ever she was so smiley and a pleasure to work with. We started out by shooting photos of her in her gorgeous tutu and 'One' vest purchased from www.amazon.co.uk.
We then moved on to the cake smash itself and Freya loved it, she got straight in there and began to taste the cake. She had a wonderful time and was giggling and constantly looking to her parents for encouragement and approval.Once Freya had filled her tummy with cake we moved on to the bubble bath. She absolutely loves having a bath and this day was no different, she enjoyed showing off her splashing to me.
I love the unpredictability of photographing children and babies. The ever changing poses and the way the child/baby controls the shoot completely. And when you have a subject as gorgeous as this, my job is easy.
